Executive Coaching & 360 Feedback
This project with focused on District Manager level leadership development. The program’s intent was to increase the professional development at the mid-manager level of the company. DMs were invited to participate in a 360 Feedback process.
The VP Human Resources served as the Internal Executive Coach and 360 Profilor expert throughout the program.
Hanna Resource Group was engaged to provide external Executive Coaches for each DM.
The Executive Coach confidentially reviewed all the 360 data with their assignment Mentee. The team devised a executive level development plan which the DM owned and shared internally with their supervisor to get their assistance with development in the areas they chose as most important and critical to their future growth.

MBTI Coaching & HiPo Talent
This project with focused on the General Manager level leadership who were High Potential and Restaurant Training Manager development. The program’s intent was to increase the professional development for the General Manager level of the company and specific development activities for those GMs who were responsible for training newly hired Manager Trainees for the company. These TGMs (Training General Managers) were the best of the best at the GM level.
The VP Human Resources served as the Internal Executive Coach and MBTI expert throughout the program. In addition to the MBTI Assessment the TGMs were exposed to special projects and attended specific events that were designed for their development as a group.
Once the MBTI Assessment was complete each TGM met with the VP Human Resources for a one on one Coaching session that included a thorough review of their MBTI ® | STEP II™ INTERPRETIVE REPORT .
