Post bankruptcy the company relocated its corporate offices to Dallas, TX. Chief Administrative Officer contracted with Progressive HR Strategies to come in as temp to hire SVP Human Resources. Immediate need was to staff the executive team.

Talent Search – Manager Level

Newly appointed SVP of Human Resources needed to build her team with three (3) Manager Level HR positions based in NY, Houston and Indianapolis. She engaged Progressive HR Strategies to ask as in-house Contract Recruiter to manage the entire selection. Multiple rounds of interviews with Recruiter, SVP-HR, leadership team members at various sites, travel coordination to corporate office for final stage interviews, salary and compensation counseling, offer management and service through on-boarding. Contingency based project with fee for admin time.
