Collaboration: Hanna Resource Group and Lexington Fayette Urban County Government
Harassment & Diversity Training
LFUCG needed to get their Supervisors and Employees across the County Government updated Harassment training that was different from its in-house version. Progressive HR Strategies and Hanna Resource Group collaborated with Human Resources and Training to custom design the training program. The two-hour training program was facilitated over several weeks at various work locations and divisions. The final custom design comprised of a Supervisor session to focus on aspects of the topic critical to managing others and creating a positive culture to prevent harassment. The other session were designed for all general employees.

Annual Culture Training
At Thomas and King Inc., the Human Resources and Legal teams traveled the country conducting refresher training for all the company Managers and Supervisors.
This training was a review of the following areas:
- Employee Handbook
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- PCI Compliance
- Basics of how to create a WOW Culture
The training’s were structured to be review of policies, but more importantly they were “discussion forums” where Managers could ask questions and learn how to be proactive in the culture war.
