Technical Responsibilities include:

· Active Property and Casualty Louisiana and/or multi-state license

· Working knowledge of Commercial Lines.

· Ability to describe business development experience of other lines of business

· Knowledge of Agency management “back office systems”

· Continuous learning of industry standards and application on the job to enhance customer relations

· Checks, orders, renews, downloads, and sends policies, endorsements, audits, and quotes.

· Invoices policies.

· Responds to clients’ and carriers’ concerns accurately and promptly.

· Markets and manages account renewals.

· Issues certificates, binders, and ID cards.

· Develops relationships with underwriters.

· Orders loss runs.

· Runs and participates in meetings with producer & team.

Requirements:

· Strong TEAM Work Ethic and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work with a variety of personalities like and different from self.

· Ability to efficiently complete tasks while juggling competing priorities

· Ability to build customer relationships via the phone and handle challenging customer relation situations.

· Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with a variety of clients and staff.

· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.

· Ability to exercise sound judgment within established guidelines.

· Knowledge of and experience with computers, keyboarding, word processing software, Internet browsers, Microsoft Office, and other office equipment.

· Ability to dress in a professional manner.

· Demonstrated record of good work attendance and reliability.

· Commercial or Other Lines of Business

Job Type:

Experience:

· Proven Track Record with

· License: Louisiana

· High School Diploma required;

· Advance Degree or Equivalent career experience preferred

· Property and Casualty license
